Managing Director and founder of JWA Prague s.r.o. Jo is well known in Prague for her undoubted talents in public relations and marketing strategy. Jo has been operating JWA since 1992, so there isn't much that she doesn't know about the intricacies of running a marketing and PR company in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Her knowledge of the local market place and the attention to detail that she insists upon with every project, will give you a justified sense of confidence in her abilities and those of her team.
Jo has been at the forefront of numerous PR and marketing campaigns for a huge number of major foreign investors into the Czech Republic and is in constant demand as a speaker on PR and business in Central Europe. She has been shortlisted for a number of awards over the years, including being voted one of the top five foreign businesswomen in the country in 1999 and in the top twenty ‘Women of the Year’ in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
Jo was a board member and then Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic from 2004-2007, making her the longest standing Chamber Chairman in the history of the Chamber and was a founding member of the International Business Forum at the end of 2007, voted as Chairman in 2008.
